TERMS OF DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Products in www.terraocra.com webstore are sold by Terra Ocra Oy (FI2761435-2). To order products from the webstore you have to be 18 years old or older.
These terms are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
When placing an order in the webstore the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
All prices include VAT 24%. Terra Ocra reserverves the right to change the prices of products and deliveries at any time.
The price of an item can be changed after an order has been placed if a pricing mistake has taken place or if the price is exceptionally low compared to the general price level (Judicial act law 32§).
Products can be ordered from the webstore www.terraocra.com. You can register as a client and create a customer account or you can also place an order without registering. Registering as a client will speed up the order process when placing orders in the future.
When placing an order you are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate. Once you have submitted your order, Terra Ocra wil confirm by email that the order has been received. PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
Paypal is a secure online payment service provider. To pay through PayPal you need to create a PayPal account, which you can create when placing an order from the webstore. You can pay from you Paypal account if you have funds there or by debit or credit card linked to you PayPal account. More information on PayPal from www.paypal.com.
All payments except those made with Paypal, are processed through Checkout Finland Oy (FI21966066) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. The operations of Checkout Finland Oy are controlled by the Financial supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA ). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured. Terra Ocra ships orders every business day from Monday to Friday exluding national holidays unless otherwise informed. We ship mainly to EU, if you wish to place an order outside the EU, please contact email@example.com. The delivery time depends on the delivery method. Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 business days of the shipping and deliveries to EU usually arrive within 2-5 business days of the shipping. Orders are usually dispatched within one business day after the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order, in this case the customer will be refunded the total amount of the order.
If you order products outside EU`s customs or fiscal territory, please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services once the package reaches destination. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact the respective local customs office for further information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, a customer has a right to return or change a purchased product. Please, always contact Terra Ocra by email at email@example.com in case you want to return a product. Unused products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as they were when received otherwise the payment cannot be refunded.

Terra Ocra will not accept returns sent after 14 days of the delivery. The refund will take place right after the shipment has been received, examined and accepted.
Please note, that the return expences are paid by the customer and that Terra Ocra cannot compensate for lost packages. Please make sure you receive a receipt when returning products.
If you receive a wrong or defected product, Terra Ocra will refund the return costs.
DAMAGED PACKAGES, FAULTY ITEMS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
Please check the package when receiving it. If there are any damages in the package, the damages have to be reported immediately to the delivery company.
Please check also that the shipment contains exactly the products that have been ordered before you take any products in use. If there are wrong or additional products, the product packages may not be opened or the products used, otherwise the order cannot be refunded. The customer must notify Terra Ocra immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are items with product defects in the shipment, please contact Terra Ocra by email at email@example.com. The defect should be presented with appropriate photographs. The notification for faulty items or product defects should be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
After Terra Ocra has received the notification and the return of the products has been agreed on, the products should be send to Terra Ocra. After Terra Ocra has received, inspected and accepted the returned products and confirmed the fault, damage or defect, the products proven faulty or with defects will be replaced if possible and the customer will be reimbursed the shipping costs. If the products cannot be replaced, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.
Please note, that handmade products may have irregularities that are not considered as flaws but a part of the products character.
For the costs of packages that have not been collected by the customer, Terra Ocra charges 15 €.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order you can make the cancellation by email stating your order number, name, address, phonenumber, email address, items to be cancelled, date when order was placed in, date when order was received and the date of the cancellation. The cancellation must be made within 14 days of placing the order. Please note, that when the payment is made and the order is placed, it cannot be changed anymore. Terra Ocra ships all packages usually within 1-3 business days.
The cancelled products have to be send back to Terra Ocra Oy within 14 days of the cancellation. The customer pays for the shipping costs of the cancelled items.
The payment placed for the cancelled order will be returned to the customer after the items have been received by Terra Ocra or the customer has proved that the items have been sent by showing a receipt from the delivery company.
The payment can be refunded only if the products are in the same condition as they were when sent to the customer.

Terra Ocra does not guarantee the availability of all products in the webstore. All pictures presented in the webstore are referral and to be considered as examples.
